Ansh (114), Bidyut (7-25), Sagnik (7-27), Aritra (6-26, 58) star in Inter District U-15 meet

In the CAB Inter District Under-15 Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Wednesday, both batsmen and bowlers impressed on Day 1.
In the first match, Ansh Ghosh (114), Adrish Kumar Mandal (55) helped Midnapore DSA post 352. Bankura DSA’s Raj Gupta Kabiraj (4-66) and Subhadeep Biswas (3-84) impressed.
In other matches, Bidyut Haldar (7-25) was superb with the ball while Mimo Hossain (34) also impressed as Murshidabad DSA beat Manbhum SA by 2 wickets. Manbhum SA scored just 94. In reply, Murshidabad DSA scored 97/8. Aryadeep Mandal bagged 3 wickets.
Sagnik Kar bagged an impressive 7 for 27 while Sayan Saha (3-33) and Bappaditya Sutradhar (42) also impressed as Coochbehar DSA beat Jalpaiguri DSA by 4 runs. Coochbehar DSA scored 133. In reply, Jalpaiguri DSA scored 129.
Aritra Debnath (6-26, 58) displayed a superb all-round show as Nadia DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 9 wickets. Uttar Dinajpur DSA posted 116. In reply, Nadia DSA scored 120/1.
Aman Shaw (53), Ishan Ganguly (47) helped Hooghly DSA post 261. Pritam Das, Sk Rohan, Anish Garai, Arko Bagdi bagged 2 wickets each. In reply, Birbhum DSA scored 13/1 at stumps.
Samriddha Das Chakraborty (3-60), Sandipan Mondal (3-34) helped South 24-PGS DSA bowled out Howrah DSA for 169. In reply, South 24-PGS DSA scored 91/4 at stumps.
