Shalabh (120), Ravi (5-34), Anik (4-18) star in First Div League two-day meet

In the CAB First Division League Group B & C two-day league encounters on Thursday, both the batters and bowlers dominated on Day 1.
In the first match, Shalabh Shrivastava scored a brilliant 120 as Belgachia United Club scored 207. Rohit Dua (4-67) and Rahul Prasad (3-84) impressed with the ball. In reply, Aikya Sammilani were 35/1 at stumps.
In other matches, Ravi Yadav (5-34), Anuj Kumar Singh (74), Rupak Kumar Singh (56), Amit Kr Pandey (3-68) helped Shibpur Institute beat Ballygunge United Club by 7 wickets. Ballygunge United Club scored 152. In reply, Shibpur Institute scored 154/3.
Anik Nandi (4-18), Rohan Taank (4-21) helped Kolkata Union Sporting Club beat E.Rly.Sports Association by 7 wickets. Batting first, E.Rly.Sports Association were bundled out for 90. In reply, Kolkata Union Sporting Club scored 94/3.
Pintu (3-33), Kevin Almeida (47), Himanshu (2-15), Bapi Manna (2-13) helped Aryan Club beat Dakshin Kalikata Sansad by 9 wickets. Dakshin Kalikata Sansad scored only 88. In reply, Aryan Club scored 89/1.
