U-19 practice match calls for good time in Bengal cricket

The Bengal U-19 sets up the tempo, as they finished day one at 405 for 7 against Tripura U-19 in a practise match.
The Bengal team went on well from the start of the match with Sayan Biswas being called off at 103. Dibya Majumdar however followed suit scoring a ton after which he got dismissed at 113 but teammate Pradunya Sarkar continued to entertain the spectators staying undefeated at 86.
A sparkling performance by the Bengal batting duo Sayan Biswas and Dibya Majumdar added to the expectations from the U-19 team after the Bengal U-23 defeated rival Andhra by an innings and 26 runs yesterday in Kalyani.
At stumps were batsmen Pradunya Sarkar and Karan Lal at 86 and 49.
