In the Inter District Under-18 two-day league-cum-knockout tournament on Friday, both the bowlers and batters dominated on Day 2.
In the first match, Arman Shah (283, 5-60), Snehendu Chandra (164), Kushal Gupta (4-130) helped Howrah DSA beat Malda DSA by 414 runs. Howrah DSA posted 699. In reply, Malda DSA scored 285.
In other matches, Bishal Bagchi (128), Anirban Sarma (3-23), Sudip Mallick (3-17) helped Nadia DSA beat Manbhum SA by 286 runs. Nadia DSA posted 368. In reply, Manbhum SA scored just 82.
Ayush Kumar Saha (49, 3-18), Sahil Mondal (56) helped Hooghly DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 108 runs. Hooghly DSA posted 312. In reply, Uttar Dinajpur DSA scored 204.
Shivam Jha (78, 4-20), Koustav Ghosh (93), Shibam Kumar Saha (6-17), Anand Das (77), Samar Roy (52) helped Jalpaiguri DSA beat Chandernagore SA by 304 runs. Jalpaiguri DSA posted 347. In reply, Chandernagore SA scored just 43.
