(4-0) star in Inter District U-18 two-day meet

In the Inter District Under-18 two-day league-cum-knockout tournament on Friday, both the batters and bowlers impressed.
In the first match, Rithik Patra (116) and Aditya Sarkar (111) helped Chandernagore SA post 376/9 at stumps. For Bankura DSA, Swarnadip Sen bagged 3 for 59.
In other matches, Jagmohan Gupta (6-24), Arjun Singh (80 not out) helped Burdwan DSA beat Dakshin Dinajpur DSA by 7 wickets. Batting first, Burdwan DSA scored 128. In reply, Dakshin Dinajpur DSA scored 129/3.
Yash Chatterjee (4-0), Oikeshwar Jha (55), Subhankar Das (3-32) helped Malda DSA beat Siliguri MKP by 5 wickets. Batting first, Siliguri MKP posted 107. In reply, Malda scored 108/5.
Rahul Barman (5-38), Soumallya Majumdar (49), Vinay Sharma (48) helped Midnapore DSA beat Manbhum SA by 7 wickets. Manbhum SA scored 121. In reply, Midnapore DSA scored 126/3.
South 24-PGS scored 192. Md Sayan bagged 5 for 61. In reply, Murshidabad DSA were 68/4 at stumps. Ramij Raja bagged 3 for 20.
Archish Biswas (55), Akshit Pandey (53) helped North 24-PGS DSA post 272. Md Tarif Anjum bagged 4 for 76. In reply, Uttar Dinajpur DSA were 7/0 at stumps.
