Aryan (135), Mohit (113), Arin (83) impress in 1st Division Two-Day meet

In the CAB First Division League two-day league encounters on Thursday, both the batsmen and bowlers dominated on Day 2, displaying some outstanding performances.
In the first match, Aryan (135), Sourav Chakraborty (76 not out) and Saurabh Tripathi (68 not out) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha beat Monohar Pukur Milan Samity by 5 wickets. Monohar Pukur Milan Samity posted 377/9. Faizanul Rehman bagged 5 for 93. In reply, Uttarpalli Milan Sangha scored 378/5.
In other matches, Mohit Roy (113 not out), Arin Roy (83) helped BNR Recreation Club beat Calcutta Police Club by 3 wickets. Calcutta Police Club posted 293. Suman Das bagged 6 for 101. In reply, BNR Recreation Club scored 297/7.
Tanay Bag (55 not out) helped Anandabazar Patrika Sports Club beat Netaji Subhas Institute by 5 wickets. Netaji Subhas Institute posted 173. In reply, Anandabazar Patrika Sports Club scored 176/5.
Ajoyendra Mukherjee (64), Pijush Laha (5-56) and Adil Alvi (5-72) helped YMCA (College Branch) beat Sporting Union by 4 wickets. YMCA (College Branch) scored 198. In reply, YMCA (College Branch) scored 199/6.
Parvej Alam (43, 4-87), Sahil Dhull (4-75) helped Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club beat Rajasthan Club by 21 runs. Sagar Sharma (80) helped Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club post 261. In reply, Rajasthan Club scored 240.
