Richa, Titas to boost Bengal Women in
title clash against Madhya Pradesh

High on confidence after back-to-back incredible victories, the Bengal Senior Women’s team will go all guns blazing to clinch the One-Day Trophy when they take on Madhya Pradesh in the summit clash in Rajkot on Monday.
The Probal Dutta-coached Bengal team is on a dream run with dominant wins in the quarterfinals and semifinals. Set a record target in the last-eight stage and a 300-plus target in the semifinals, Bengal went over the line easily in both games to book a place in final.
A consistent performance powered the team into their second final of the season, after finishing as runners-up in the T20 Trophy.
The pep-talk from India legend and team mentor Jhulan Goswami during training session on Sunday will surely add a lot of confidence to the team.
Bengal will be boosted by the arrival of two star players, wicket-keeper batter Richa Ghosh and fast bowler Titas Sadhu, who joins the team after serving national duty.
In the batting department, in-form Dhara Gujjar, Mita Paul, Tanushree Sarkar, Priyanka Bala and Sasthi Mondal will aim to make an impact once again.
In the bowling department, while Titas will aim to trouble the batters with her pace, skipper Saika Ishaque will look to add more to her tally.
