Rajdip’s unbeaten 57 guides Bengal to
225/7 on Day 1 in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Bengal Under-16 team managed to post 225/7 in their first innings at stumps on Day 1 against Pondicherry in the Vijay Merchant Trophy match in Surat on Saturday.
Rajdip Khan scored a fighting unbeaten 57 off 140 balls to help team post a respectable total at the end of the day. Atmaja Mondal (37) and Agastya Shukla (39) also impressed with the bat.
For Pondicherry, Pankaj Bhati was the pick of the bowlers bagging 2 for 51.
