In the CAB Second Division League two-day encounters on Wednesday, both the batters and bowlers dominated on Day 2.
In the first match, Bivanshu (157 not out), Raheel Ghorai (88), Krishna Basfore (3-46) and Partha Kundu (3-86) helped Narkeldanga Sir Gooroodas Institute beat Mauri Sporting Club by 63 runs.
Anurag Vishwakarma (5-22), Anirban Chakraborty (100 not out), Asad Ibrahim (93), Vilas Joshi (84, 4-38) helped Friends Athletic Club beat Bata Sports Club by 277 runs.
Aamir Hussain (56, 4-83), Ibrahim (68) helped Victoria Sporting Club beat Bani Niketan Sports Club by 7 wickets.
Piraj Sk (5-40, 42), Ansh Sinha (81) helped WB Association of the Deaf beat Excelsiors Club by 160 runs.
Aniket Chakraborty (100, 2-41), Rajesh Yadav (6-71), Arindam Adhikari (65 not out), Sandip Das (59) helped Ariadaha Sporting Club beat Amateur Cricket Club by 61 runs.
Zayed Hussain (70) impressed while Md Shahid Raza and Showmajit Khaskel bagged three wickets as Albert Sporting Club beat Friends Sporting Union by 1 wicket. Akhilesh Yadav bagged four wickets.
Ajay Yadav bagged 5 for 49 while Pratyush Kr Singh (50) and Shubham K Jaiswal (48) impressed as Calcutta University Institute beat Sarat Samity by 6 wickets.
