Bengal post 246/8 against Baroda
on Day 1 in Vijay Merchant Trophy

Bengal Under-16 team managed to score 246/8 their first innings at stumps on Day 1 against Baroda in the Vijay Merchant Trophy match in Surat on Sunday.
Agastya Shukla was the top-scorer for Bengal, scoring a fine 56 off 72 balls. Rajesh Mondal (40), Ritam Sarkar (36), Dipak Ghosh (30) and Sachin Yadav (27) also impressed with the bat.
For Baroda, Pujan Mehta bagged three wickets.
