Bengal face Delhi, target winning
start in Vijay Hazare Trophy

Bengal will aim to begin their Vijay Hazare Trophy on a winning note when they take on Delhi in the opening match at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on Saturday.
Bengal are in Group E alongside Delhi, Tripura, Baroda, Kerala, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh.
The Sudip Kumar Gharami-led team will miss the service of Mohammad Shami for the opening match as the veteran pacer will be rested for the game.
In Shami’s absence, another star fast bowler Mukesh Kumar will spearhead Bengal’s bowling attack against Delhi.
In the batting department, skipper Gharami will be eager to score big in the 50-over tournament. Anustup Majumdar, Abishek Porel, Sudip Chatterjee, Karan Lal will also aim to make an impact with the bat.
