in Inter District U-18 Women’s One-Day meet

Burdwan District Sports Association and Nadia District Sports Association registered easy wins in the Round Two matches of the Inter District Under-18 Women’s One-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Monday.
In the first match, Priyanka Prasad (61 not out, 2-9), Annesha Choubey (3-32) helped Burdwan District Sports Association beat South 24-PGS District Sports Association by 5 wickets. Batting first, South 24-PGS District Sports Association were bundled out for 153. In reply, Burdwan District Sports Association chased it down scoring 154/5. Debosmita bagged 3 for 39.
In the other match, Nandini Biswas (4-5), Sneha Sarkar (22), Diya Nandi (2-8), Nabanita Biswas (3-10) helped Nadia District Sports Association beat Manbhum Sports Association by 8 wickets. Batting first, Manbhum Sports Association were bundled out for just 38. In reply, Nadia District Sports Association chased it down scoring 39/2.
