Surveer (3-20) impress in CAB 1st Div One-Day meet

Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club and Tollygunge Agragami registered easy victories in their respective league-stage matches in the CAB First Division One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament on Sunday.
In the first match, Rohan Rathi (77), Rahul (4-21), Sagar Sharma (40), Parvej Alam (3-47) helped Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club beat Dalhousie Athletic Club by 80 runs. Batting first, Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club scored 239/8. In reply, Dalhousie Athletic Club scored just 159.
In the other match, Navneet Kumar Singh (67), Rahul Prasad (3-27), Surveer Chandra (3-20) helped Tollygunge Agragami beat Shibpur Institute by 6 wickets. Batting first, Shibpur Institute scored 130. In reply, Tollygunge Agragami scored 133/4.
