Bengal bowlers strike back against J&K in Cooch Behar Trophy

Bengal Under-19 bowlers made a strong comeback on Day 2 to bowl out Jammu and Kashmir for 391 in their first innings in the Cooch Behar Trophy match in Jammu on Saturday.
Resuming the day from overnight score of 307/2, J&K lost their final 8 wickets for 84 runs. Vishal Bhati (3-116), Debangshu Pakhira (2-50), Shivam Bharati (2-59), Raju R (1-42) and Rohit (1-57) were the pick of the bowlers for Bengal.
In reply, Bengal were 205/3 at stumps, trailing by 186 runs. Vishal (53 not out), Ankit Chatterjee (45), Akshaz Giri (43) and Skipper Chandrahas Dash (46 not out) impressed.
