Mohit (153), Vishal (5-17), Shaban (79, 2-30) star in CAB 1st Div One-Day meet

Rajasthan Club, Police Athletic Club, E.Rly.Sports Association, BNR Recreation Club and Monohar Pukur Milan Samity registered easy victories in their respective league-stage matches in the CAB First Division One-Day League-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday.
In the first match, Mohit Roy (153 off 134), Anirban Gupta (2-10), Abhijit Bhagat (72), P Someshwar Rao (2-10) helped BNR Recreation Club beat Indian Boys Athletic Club by 255 runs. Batting first, BNR Recreation Club scored 355/4. In reply, Indian Boys Athletic Club were bundled out for 100.
In other matches, Vishal Kr Roy (27, 5-17), Vaman Sharma (3-20) helped Rajasthan Club beat Paikpara Sporting Club by 14 runs. Batting first, Rajasthan Club scored 126/9. In reply, Paikpara scored 112. Prashant Awasthi scored 44.
Md Kounain Quraishi (60, 1-6), Anish Prasad (3-35), Saurav Kumar (3-27) helped Police Athletic Club beat Ballygunge United Club by 5 wickets. Batting first, Ballygunge scored 129. In reply, Police Athletic Club scored 134/5. Soutrik Das bagged 4 for 37.
Saiket Das (4-15), Arijit Basu (32, 2-27), Tanmoy Pramanick (59 not out) helped E.Rly.Sports Association beat Aryan Club by 3 wickets. Batting first, Aryan Club scored 184/9. In reply, E.Rly.Sports Association scored 188/7. Uddipan Mukherjee scored 60.
Shaban Khan (79 not out, 2-30), Debargha Saha (34, 3-32), Dharmendra Sharma (3-48) helped Monohar Pukur Milan Samity beat Aikya Sammilani by 1 wicket. Batting first, Aikya Sammilani scored 242/9. In reply, Monohar Pukur Milan Samity scored 244/9.
