Bengal go down fighting to MP in Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy

Bengal displayed a fighting effort but went down to Madhya Pradesh by 6 wickets in the Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy match in Rajkot on Friday.
Batting first, Bengal scored 189/9 in 20 overs. Karan Lal (44), Shahbaz Ahmed (37), Shakir Habib Gandhi (31), Sudip Kr Gharami (29) were the pick of the batsmen.
For MP, Shivam Shukla bagged four wickets.
In reply, MP went over the line, scoring 190/4 in 19.4 overs. Rajat Patidar top-scored with 68.
For Bengal, Sayan Ghosh and Kanishk Seth bagged two wickets each.
