semifinals of Inter District Sr Women’s T20 meet

In the 8 matches played in the league-stage encounter of the Inter District Senior Women’s T20 tournament on Saturday, both the batters and bowlers impressed, with Hooghly DSA, North 24-PGS DSA, Nadia DSA, Bankura DSA making it to the semifinals.
In the first match, Preyosree Pandey (56 off 40, 1-9), Jeni Parvin (4-16), Rasmani Das (2-11) and Ria Kanti (2-11) helped Malda DSA beat Uttar Dinajpur DSA by 36 runs.
In the other matches, Puja Adhikary (51, 1-14), Priyanka Kurmi (2-1) helped Siliguri MKP beat Chandernagore SA by 48 runs. Jiya Singh bagged two wickets.
Shamaita Adhikari (50 off 39), Prity Ghosh (1-17) helped CAB Secretary XI beat Manbhum SA by 8 wickets. Pragati Prashad scored 49.
Mukta Roy (20, 4-6), Barsha Das (24) helped Bankura DSA beat Birbhum DSA by 8 wickets.
Tanuja Sarkar (39, 3-18) helped Dakshin Dinajpur DSA beat Cooch Behar DSA by 22 runs.
Ariktha Manna (20, 3-9), Bristi Maji (27), Rupal Tiwari (3-11) helped Howrah DSA beat Jalpaiguri DSA by 52 runs.
Srilekha Roy (45 off 40), Chandrima Ghosal (2-7), Binti Murmu (2-13) helped Burdwan DSA beat Murshidabad DSA by 7 wickets. Ananya Haldar scored 47.
Tanushree Adhikary (23), Dipta Ghosh (2-11), Antara Jana (33) helped Hooghly DSA beat Midnapore DSA by 5 wickets. Ipsita Mondal scored 40.
