In the 16 matches played in the N.C. Chatterjee T20 Memorial Trophy league-stage encounter on Friday, both the batsmen and bowlers displayed some sparkling performances.
In the first match, Satyam Patra (130 off 75), Navanil Sarkar (3-13), Jeet Paul (3-26) helped Cossipore Club beat Victoria Sporting Club by 56 runs.
In other matches, Abhishek Kumar (5-9), Adreet Das (50) helped Amateur Cricket Club beat Excelsiors Club by 32 runs. Sujit Soren scored 53.
Shailesh (74 off 48), Aryan Shaw (3-19) helped South Suburban Club beat Friends Athletic Club by 69 runs. Dipanshu Upadhyay (62, 1-37) impressed.
Satender Singh (64 not out), Sharvil Pandit (2-20), Raja Khan (57) helped Howrah Union beat Friends Sporting Union by 92 runs.
