In the 8 matches played in the league-stage encounter of the Inter District Senior Women’s T20 tournament on Friday, both the batters and bowlers impressed, displaying some dominant performances.
In the first match, Ambika Guha (65 off 48), Priyosi Aich (3-2), Jahanvi Paswan (3-11) helped North 24-PGS DSA beat Howrah DSA by 96 runs.
In the other matches, Trishita Sarkar (56 not out off 43), Shamaita Adhikari (2-14) helped CAB Secretary XI beat Murshidabad DSA by 6 wickets. Riya Das (30, 2-32) impressed.
Debalina Samanta (34, 3-13), Anupriya Verma (2-13) helped South 24-PGS DSA beat Siliguri MKP by 38 runs.
Parama Mondal (3-14), Mukta Roy (24 not out) helped Bankura DSA beat Chandernagore SA by 9 wickets.
Meghna Biswas (22), Sansthita Biswas (36), Sangita Biswas (1-11) helped Hooghly DSA beat CAB President XI by 24 runs. Urja Lohia and Sohini Yadab bagged two wicket each. Roshni Khatoon scored 55 not out.
Ipsita Mondal (3-7), Rosy Khatun (32) helped Midnapore DSA beat Malda DSA by 43 runs. Rasmani Das bagged 2 for 8.
Iti Sarkar (44 off 27), Rupa Dutta (3-10), Jhumia Khatun (37) helped Nadia DSA beat Burdwan DSA by 127 runs.
Marjina Khatun (25, 3-18), Hiranmayee Roy (3-7) helped Jalpaiguri DSA beat Dakshin Dinajpur DSA by 60 runs. Sayani Basak bagged 3 for 29.
