Satyajeet (63), Tanmoy (3-15) impress in J.C Mukherjee T20 meet

Shibpur Institute, Rajasthan Club, E.Rly.Sports Association and Dakshin Kalikata Sansad registered comfortable victories in their respective league-stage matches in the J.C Mukherjee T20 Tournament on Sunday.
In the first match, Soumyajit Mandal (57 not out off 39), Sachin Tiwari (2-27) helped Shibpur Institute beat Calcutta Police Club by 8 wickets. Batting first, Calcutta Police Club scored 130/4. In reply, Shibpur Institute scored 131/2. Ravikanth Shukla scored 48.
In the second match, Akshay Saini (47, 2-25) and Sk Ajharudin (3-32) helped Rajasthan Club beat Ballygunge United Club by 13 runs. Batting first, Rajasthan Club scored 134/7. In reply, Ballygunge United Club scored 121.
In the third match, Pankaj Shaw (58 not out), Tanmoy Pramanick (3-15) and Meghadeep Ghosh (3-25) helped E.Rly.Sports Association beat YMCA (College Branch) by 7 wickets. Batting first, YMCA (College Branch) scored 113. In reply, E.Rly.Sports Association scored 118/3.
In the fourth match, Satyajeet Sabat (63 not out) and Tukuna Sahu (2-27) helped Dakshin Kalikata Sansad beat Indian Boys Athletic Club by 6 wickets. Batting first, Indian Boys Athletic Club scored 147/4. In reply, Dakshin Kalikata Sansad scored 151/4.
