B.N.R Recreation win in J.C Mukherjee T20 meet

Aryan Club, Aikya Sammilani, Kumartuli Institute, Police Athletic Club, Uttarpalli Milan Sangha and B.N.R Recreation Club registered comfortable victories in their respective group-stage matches in the J.C Mukherjee T20 Tournament on Thursday.
In the first match, Sayak Basu (47), Tathagat Singh (37), Saurav Kumar (2-18), Agnibesh Gupta (2-21) and Sanjeev Goswami (2-27) helped Police Athletic Club beat Monohar Pukur Milan Samity by 29 runs. Batting first, Police Athletic Club scored 149/4. In reply, Monohar Pukur Milan Samity scored 120/8.
In the second match, Sayan Paul (4-6), Dipak Kr Yadav (2-15), Yuvraj Yadav (26) helped Kumartuli Institute beat Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club by 6 runs. Batting first, Kumartuli Institute scored 113/7. In reply, Calcutta Port Trust Sports Club by 107. Rohan Rathi bagged three wickets.
In the third match, Gautam Raghuvansi (3-19), Uddipan Mukherjee (30, 2-18), Sayan Mukherjee (34) helped Aryan Club beat Netaji Subhas Institute by 12 runs. Batting first, Aryan Club scored 142/8. In reply, Netaji Subhas Institute scored 130/7. Aritra Ghosh scored 50 while Rajdeep Pal bagged three wickets.
In the fourth match, Anuj Kumar (61, 2-17), Saurabh Tripathi (40, 2-30), Saumya Pakray (2-21) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha beat Belgachia United by 31 runs. Batting first, Uttarpalli Milan Sangha scored 174/4. In reply, Belgachia United Club scored 143/9.
In the fifth match, Mohit Roy (34), Mohammad Irfan (3-14) helped B.N.R Recreation Club beat Dalhousie Athletic Club by 2 wickets. Batting first, Dalhousie Athletic Club scored 121/9. In reply, B.N.R Recreation Club scored 125/8. Dewendra Kr Singh bagged three wickets.
In the sixth match, Payel Mondal (58), Shivansh (3-14) and Vishal Shaw (2-21) helped Aikya Sammilani beat Bhukailash Sporting Club by 15 runs. Batting first, Aikya Sammilani scored 130/8. In reply, Bhukailash Sporting Club scored 115. Anshuman Pandey and Madhav Kumar bagged three wickets each.
