Arshdeep bags 4 for Technological Students Gymkhana in CAB Inter University T20 Meet

Burdwan University, Technological Students Gymkhana, Jadavpur University and Calcutta University registered comfortable victories in their respective league-stage matches in the CAB Inter University T20 Tournament on Tuesday.
In the first match, Adarsha Khayra (51), Paramjit Singh (3-9), Sumit Das (3-22) and Sachin Dubey (2-16) helped Burdwan University beat Rabindra Bharati University by 64 runs. Batting first, Burdwan University scored 149/7. In reply, Rabindra Bharati University scored 85.
In the second match, Arshdeep (4-13), Anik Dwivedi (2-12) helped Technological Students Gymkhana beat North Bengal University by 8 wickets. Batting first, North Bengal University were bundled out for 76 In reply, Technological Students Gymkhana scored 77/2.
In the third match, Aviraj Guha Raja (3-18), Souren Chitta Ranjan Ruidas (44, 2-5) helped Jadavpur University beat Viswa Bharati by 43 runs. Batting first, Jadavpur University posted 141/8. In reply, Visva Bharati scored just 98.
In the fourth match, Anish Dutta (3-13), Anas Ali Khan (37) and Soumya Basak (34) helped Calcutta University beat Kalyani University by 20 runs. Batting first, Calcutta University posted 140/8. In reply Kalyani University scored 120/7. Rajat Karmakar scored 73 while Abhik Sinha bagged 3 for 36.
