bag easy wins in CAB Inter University T20 Meet

Kalyani University and Calcutta University registered comfortable victories in their respective league-stage matches in the CAB Inter University T20 Tournament in Kharagpur on Monday.
In the first match, Rajat Karmakar (45), Rehan Mondal (42), Rajdeep Ghosh (2-12) helped Kalyani University beat Technological Students Gymkhana by 6 wickets. Chitresh Chaudhary scored 63 while Pankaj Sharma bagged 3 for 14.
In the second match, Soumya Basak (62), Anish Dutta (2-28) Calcutta University beat North Bengal University by 2 wickets. Batting first, North Bengal University scored 117/8. In reply, Calcutta University scored 121/8.
