Bengal go down to Baroda in Senior Women’s T20 meet

Bengal went down to Baroda by 13 runs in the Senior Women’s T20 Tournament in Surat on Tuesday.
Batting first, Baroda scored 112/6 in 20 overs, thanks to Amrita Joseph (70 not out). For Bengal, Shreyoshi Aich (2-21), Aruna Barman (1-18), Saika Ishaque (1-18) and Mita Paul (1-17) were the pick of the bowlers.
Chasing the target, Bengal batters had an off day in office, falling short of the total. They scored 99/8 in 20 overs.
