Bengal U-19, Karnataka share points
in rain-marred Vinoo Mankad Trophy game

Bengal Under-19 and Karnataka team shared a point each after their Vinoo Mankad Trophy match in Cuttack was abandoned due to rain on Tuesday.
Batting first, Karnataka were bundled out for 213 in 49.4 overs.
Bengal's Ganoranjan Kapat (3-52), Debangshu Pakhira (2-29), Ashutosh Kumar (2-33) and Irshad Alam (1-30) were impressive with the ball.
In reply, Bengal were 66/2 in 16.4 overs when rain stopped play. With the weather showing no signs of improvement, the match was abandoned.
