Cricket Club of Bhawanipur crowned champions of CAB Second Div One-Day meet

Riding on a dominant all-round performance, Cricket Club of Bhawanipur defeated Uttarpalli Milan Sangha by 5 wickets in the final clash to emerge champions of CAB Second Division One-Day tournament on Thursday.
The star performer for Cricket Club of Bhawanipore in the final was Sanjit Sardar, who led from the front by bagging an impressive 4 for 48 and followed it by smashing a brilliant match-winning unbeaten 103 off 98 balls to seal the title for his side. Supriyo Sil also scored a fine unbeaten 71.
Batting first, Uttarpalli Milan Sangha posted 286/8 in 50 overs, thanks to Anup Kumar Barick (80).
In reply, Cricket Club of Bhawanipore chased the target down scoring 290/5 in 48.1 overs.
For Uttarpalli Milan Sangha, Priyankar Mukherjee bagged 4 for 38.
