Bhawanipore Club reach 163/3 on Day 1 against
Md. Sporting in CAB 1st Division Championship final

Bhawanipore Club managed to reach 163/3 in 43 overs at stumps on a rain-hit Day 1 against Mohammedan Sporting Club in the final of CAB First Division Championship at the Eden Gardens on Monday.
Put into bat, Bhawanipore Club got off to a positive start, thanks to Abhimanyu Easwaran (46) and Aamir Gani (29).
But Md. Sporting bounced back into the game with a couple of key wickets.
However, Arindam Ghosh (34 not out) and Ritwik Roy Chowdhury (22 not out) held fort to remain unbeaten at the end of the opening day.
For Md. Sporting, Vikas bagged two wickets.
