Irshad bags 7 as Taltala Ekata Sangha win in 2nd Div Qualifier and Championship match

Irshad Alam (7-91) was superb with the ball as Taltala Ekata Sangha beat Measurers Club by 45 runs on Day 2 in the Round One of the Second Division Qualifier and Championship match on Saturday. Atmaja Mondal (64) impressed with the bat. Kushal Gupta (7-69) was brilliant with the ball for Measurers Club.
In other matches, Debagni Basu (106), Amit Biswas (63) and Santanu Das (6-30) helped Calcutta Cricket Club beat Greer Sporting Club by 214 runs. Govind Rai bagged four wickets.
Pradunya Sarkar (77) and Dhiman Mondal (63) impressed with the bat while Goutam Roy (4-17) and Labib Khan (3-20) delivered with the balla s Behala Friends Union Club beat National Athletic Club by 209 runs. Subhadip Bhattacharjee (8-90) was superb with the ball for National Athletic Club.
