Biru slams 110 as Bengal Sporting Club enter semifinals of CAB Jr U-15 One-Day meet

Biru Hela smashed a brilliant 110 while Shivam Chattopadhyay bagged 3 for 29 as Bengal Sporting Club beat Mainland Sambaran Cricket Academy by 7 wickets in the quarterfinal match to make their way into the semifinals of the CAB Junior Under-15 One-Day league-cum-knockout Tournament on Friday.
In other matches, Akhilesh Shukla (62, 2-21) displayed a superb all-round show as Akbar Cricket Academy beat East Bengal Club by 96 runs.
Kushal Gupta (3-9), Rutajit Bhattacharjee (3-20) helped Shibpur Institute beat Ashoke Malhotra Cricket Academy by 5 wickets.
Addrish Kumar Mondal (64), Pratyashita Dasaundhi (4-26) and Aayush Prasad (3-12) helped Durgapur Cricket Club beat Kolaghat Cricket Club by 10 wickets.
