CAB completes coach, captain selection process for Kolkata Women's Club Cricket tournament

Ahead of the inaugural Kolkata Women's Club Cricket tournament, the Cricket Association of Bengal on Wednesday completed the captains and coaches' selection process for the 10 participating clubs.
During the draw process, a representative from each club was assigned to pick name of a coach and captain. Following the selection process, CAB President Snehasish Ganguly announced the name of the team's captain and coach. Also present for the occasion were CAB Vice President Amalendu Biswas, Hony Secretary Naresh Ojha, Hony Joint Secretary Debrabrata Das and Hony Treasurer Prabir Chakraborty.
Mohun Bagan Athletic Club, Bhawanipore Club, Barisha Sporting Club, East Bengal Club, Wari Athletic Club, Mohammedan Sporting Club, Aryan Club, Kalighat Club, Rajasthan Club and Town Club who will take part in the tournament have selected their team's coach and captain.
The tournament, which has been added to CAB's cricket calendar from the current year itself, will help bring forward a pool of talents for Bengal cricket in the coming days.
The tournament, which will be played in a league-cum-knockout format, will have a star marquee, Bengal senior, Bengal Under-23, Under-19, and Under-15 player in each team to provide proper balance to each side.
The following teams with their coach and captain are mentioned below.

1. East Bengal Club - Mamata Kisku (captain), Ananya Mitra (coach)

2. Wari Athletic Club - Ankita Chakraborty (captain), Arpita Ghosh (coach)

3. Town Club- Mita Paul (captain), Shiv Sagar Singh (coach)

4. Aryan Club- Kashish Agarwal (captain), Probal Dutta (coach)

5. Mohun Bagan Club- Sukanya Parida (captain), Gayatri Mal (coach)

6. Mohammedan Sporting Club- Priyanka Bala (captain), Jayanta Ghosh Dastidar (coach)

7. Rajasthan Club- Jhumia Khatun (captain), Deepali Shaw (coach)

8. Kalighat Club- Piyali Ghosh (captain), Paramita Roy (coach)

9. Barisha Sporting Club - Dhara Gujjar (captain), Charanjeet Singh Matharu (coach)

10. Bhawanipore Club- Priyanka Sarkar (captain), Sneha Majhi (coach)
