Ayush (152), Bhoirob (113) help Ballygunge United Club win in CAB Jr U-18 Invitational meet

Ayush Gupta smashed a superb 152 while Bhoirob De Sarkar scored a fine 113 as Ballygunge United Club beat Calcutta University Institute by 69 runs in Round One of the CAB Junior Under-18 Invitational One-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday. Kaushtab Roy and Ayush Gupta bagged three wickets each.
In other matches, Biki Mondal (7-22) was impressive with the ball as Monohar Pukur Milan Samity beat Bhowanipore Club by 127 runs. Chandrajit Bhattacharya bagged four wickets for Bhowanipore.
Arman Shah (5-23), Sujal Singh (3-3), Rohit Pradhan (66) and Subham Pekhua (52) helped Calcutta Police Club beat City AC by 4 wickets.
Karn Paswan (106) and Ayush jha (3-31) helped Mohammedan Sporting Club beat George Telegraph Sports Club by 6 wickets.
Dipak Ghosh (64) and Aritra Chakraborty (4-27) helped Bengal Sporting Club beat Aryan Club by 5 wickets.
Satyam Patra (63, 4-65), Sayan Paul (63, 2-30) helped Kumartuli Institute beat Alipore Sporting Club by 32 runs.
Manish Sarkar (84, 2-36), Shaba Ahmad (2-28) helped Uttarpalli Milan Sangha beat Calcutta Parsse Club by 6 wickets.
Spandan Roy (81), Ankon Aich (4-13) helped East Bengal Club beat Amature Cricket Club by 6 wickets.
