Vishal slams 225 for Salkia Friends Association in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Vishal Bhati smashed a superb 225 off 150 balls along with Rajarshi Biswas (136) as Salkia Friends Association posted a massive 588/8 at stumps on Day 1 in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Friday. For Alipore Sporting Club, Agastya Shukla bagged four wickets while Pritam Marjit claimed three.
In other matches, Kaushik Deb (6-20) was impressive with the ball as YMCA (Chow) beat Ariadaha Sporting Club by 5 wickets. Biswajit Das scored 76.
Kushal Gupta (5-45) helped Measurers Club beat High Court Club by 2 wickets. Ramsavroop (65), Shivam Singh (3-32) and Ranveer Singh (3-58) also impressed.
Samadrito Biswas (101) and Vivek Prasad Mahato (70) helped Baranagar Sporting Club post 263/4 at stumps. For Central Calcutta Sporting, Adrito Dey and Shaba Ahmad bagged two wickets each.
Monu Mallick (101), Lalit Mohan Das (90) and Atanu Debnath (55 not out) helped Bengal Sporting Club post 361/7. Madhav bagged 3 for 99. In reply, Star Sporting Club were 0 for no loss at stumps.
Sukriti Jana (83), Satadru Kundu (64) and Sachin Sharma (64) helped Howrah Sporting Club post 310. Ankesh Kumar Roy bagged 4 for 89 while Agastya Agarwal and Bharadwaj claimed three each.
Nayan Nandi (83), Sohail Ahmed Khan (71) and Sidhant Khemka (67) helped International Club post 368. Mahi Molla, Dibyendu Roy and Dravid Dev Mondal bagged three wickets each. In reply, City A.C were 21/1 at stumps.
Masud Hasan Mallik (100), Sachin Rajak (93), Meetul Sah (67) and Lagan Kapoor (51) helped Sarat Samity post 370/9. Papai Barai was the pick of the bowlers bagging 2 for 61. In reply, Calcutta Rangers Club were 20 for no loss at stumps.
Subarna Ghosh (97), Souradeep Ghosh (90) helped Suburban Club post 376/9 at stumps. For Vijay Sports Club, Arsh Yadav bagged 3 for 79.
