Bengal pacer Akash Deep makes Test debut for India against England

Following his remarkable performance in the domestic circuit and for India A, Bengal star pacer Akash Deep has been handed over the India Test cap for the fourth match against England in Ranchi starting on Friday.
Akash Deep, who was handed over the cap by India head coach and legend Rahul Dravid, is 313th player to play Test cricket for India.
The 27-year-old has been rewarded for his excellent performance recently for India A against England Lions, where he bagged 11 wickets in two unofficial Test matches.
The right-arm pacer, who has 104 wickets in 30 first-class matches so far, has also been superb with the ball for Bengal during the domestic season.
