Chasing a challenging target of 344, Bengal Under-23 team were 50/3 at stumps on Day 3 against Vidarbha in their Col C K Nayudu Trophy match in Nagpur on Tuesday.
Earlier, Bengal bowled out Vidarbha for just 220 in their first innings.
In reply, Bengal managed to post 205 in their first innings.
While Vidarbha in their second innings posted 328/7 to hand a challenging target to Bengal. For Bengal, Vishal Kumar Roy bagged 4 for 78.
Chasing the target, Rahul Prasad (12 not out) and Vishal (3 not out) remained unbeaten at the crease, with Bengal needing more 294 runs to win.
