Sujit bags 11 in match as Town Club takes 1st innings lead
after draw vs Kalighat in First Division League

Sujit Kumar Yadav (5-38, 6-49) was superb with the ball bagging an impressive 11 wickets in the match as Town Club took first innings lead after their CAB First Division League Group A match against Kalighat Club ended in a draw on Friday.
Earlier, Town Club posted 320 in their first innings after bowling out Kalighat for 189. B Amit bagged 5 for 58. Kalighat, in their second innings, were bundled for 210. While Town Club were 30 for no loss at stumps on the third and final day.
In the second match, Bhawanipore Club played out a draw against Tapan Memorial Club. Earlier, Aamir Gani smashed a superb 157 along with Ritwik Roy Chowdhury (76) and Sandipan Das (69) as Bhawanipore Club managed to post 580/6 in their first innings. In reply, Tapan Memorial Club were 261/5 at stumps. Shantanu scored 84.
In the third match, Calcutta Custom Club took first innings lead after their match against BNR Recreation Club ended in a draw. Earlier, Souvick Ghosh (5-29) was impressive as Calcutta Custom Club bundled out BNR Recreation Club for 156 in their first innings. In reply, Calcutta Custom Club were 267/9 at stumps. Samik Karmakar scored a fine 80. For BNR, Rahul Basfore bagged 5 for 65.
In the fourth match, East Bengal Club took first innings lead after their match against Barisha Sporting Club ended in a draw. Earlier, Surojit Jadav (109) helped East Bengal Club post 282 in their first innings. In reply, Barisha Sporting were bundled out for 225. Sumanta Gupta top-scored with a fine 60. Sumit Mohanta and Ayan Bhattacharya bagged four wickets each. East Bengal in their second innings were 119/3 decl at stumps.
In the fifth match, Mohammedan Sporting Club played out a draw against Paikpara Sporting Club after the tie was unfinished. Batting first, Md Sporting were 38/4 at stumps.
