Bharath slams 156 for YMCA (Coll Br) in CAB First Division Two-Day meet

Bharath Kumar Gurusamy smashed a superb 156 as YMCA (Coll Br) managed to post 387 at stumps on Day 1 in the CAB First Division League Group B & C Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Thursday. For United Club, Jeet Thakur bagged 4 for 155 while Priyanshu Gautam took 3 for 140.
In other matches, Sayan Dey scored a brilliant 110 along with Abishek Yadav (75) as Calcutta Police Club posted 343/8 at stumps. For Indian Boys Athletic Club, Abir Chatterjee bagged 3 for 63.
Akhilesh Yadav (5-73), Vipin Chandra (3-65) and Atanu Ghosh (55) helped Sporting Union beat Wari by 5 wickets.
Navneet Kumar Singh scored a fine 109 as Tollygunge Agragami posted 269. Jayesh Kumar Singh bagged 3 for 66. In reply, Netaji Subhas Institute were 13 for no loss at stumps.
Akash Singh (108) and Sanjib Kumar Sharma (100) helped Ananda Bazar Patrika Sports Club post 427/9 at stumps. For Bhukailash Sporting Club, Sonu Kumar Singh and Anshuman Pandey bagged four wickets each.
Sahil Lal (81) and Anmol Prasad (55) helped Monohar Pukur Milan Samity post 433/8 at stumps. For Police A.C Anish Prasad bagged 3 for 109.
