Junaid hits 165 as Central Calcutta Sporting win in CAB Second Division Two-Day meet

Junaid Hasim smashed a superb match-winning 165 as Central Calcutta Sporting beat Calcutta Parsse Club by 5 wickets in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Wednesday.
Agastya Agarwal scored a fine 140 to help Calcutta Parsse Club post 366. Asif Mondal was superb with the ball bagging 8 wickets. In reply, Central Calcutta Sporting chased it down scoring 367/5.
In other matches, Alipore Sporting Club beat Jorabagan Club by 6 wickets. Jorabagan Club were bowled out for 181. Debojyoti Tapadar bagged three wickets. In reply, Alipore Sporting Club chased it down scoring 185/4. Abhishek Rajbhar scored 67.
Vijay Sports Club beat West Bengal Police Sports Club by 61 runs. Vijay Sports Club posted 234, thanks to Debarun Biswas (56). Anurag Sarkar (4-43) and Raju Soren (3-40) were impressive with the ball. In reply, West Bengal Police Sports Club were bundled out for 173. P Someswar Rao bagged 3 for 49.
A fine 131 by Vishal Bhati was not enough as Salkia Friends Association went down to International Club by 45 runs. Srirup Dutta scored a fine 107 as International Club posted 292. Vishal Bhati and Abhay Kumar bagged three wickets each. In reply, Salkia Friends Association were bowled out for 247. Dipam Ghosh bagged 6 for 38.
Baranagar Sporting Club beat City A.C by 41 runs. Udeet Sankar Ghosh (119) helped Baranagar Sporting Club post 318. Dibyendu Roy bagged 4 for 100. In reply, City A.C were bowled out for 277. Dravid dev Mondal scored 68. Ankit Ojha bagged 4 for 98.
White Border Club beat Amature CC by 136 runs. Kazi Md Safin (85) helped White Border Club post 235. Asish Pathak bagged 4 for 81. In reply, Amature CC were bundled out for 99. Karan Jay Kumar bagged 5 for 38.
