Dominant Kalighat in total control against Mohun Bagan in CAB First Division League

Abhishek Raman scored a fine 109 followed by a dominant performance by the bowlers, helped Kalighat Club finish the second day on top against Mohun Bagan Club in the CAB First Division League Group A match on Monday.
Batting first, Kalighat Club managed to post 261 in their first innings. Sunil Dalal was superb with the ball bagging 7 for 41. In reply, Mohun Bagan were bundled out for 88. Vikas Singh (4-22) and Aritra Chatterjee (3-19) were excellent with the ball. Following on, Mohun Bagan in their second innings, were 57/2 at stumps on Day 2.
In the second match, Naved Ahmad (117), Shakir Habib Gandhi (87) and Sandeeo Tomar (67) helped Town Club post 448/7 in their first innings. Kanisk Seth bagged 2 wickets.
In reply, Barisha Sporting Club were 121/1 at stumps with Lakshya Kochar (51) and Priyanshu Gautam (47) unbeaten at the crease.
