Dhara hits superb 77 as Bengal U-23 Women's team down Punjab in One-Day meet

Dhara Gujjar led from the front with a superb match-winning unbeaten 77 off 116 balls as Bengal Under-23 Women's team displayed a dominant all-round show to outclass Punjab by 1 wicket in One-Day tournament in Dehradun on Tuesday.
Batting first, Punjab were bundled out for 182 in 50 overs. Pragati Singh top-scored with 57 runs.
For Bengal, Bidisha Dey (3-34), Piyali Ghosh (2-23), Sasthi Mondal (2-37) and Dhara (1-19) were impressive with the ball.
In reply, Bengal chased the target down, scoring 186/9 in 49.1 overs, thanks to an excellent fighting knock by Dhara.
