Labib Khan (7-45) was superb with the ball as Behala Friends Union Club beat Excelsiors Club by 7 wickets on Day 1 in the CAB Second Division Two-Day league-cum-knockout tournament on Tuesday.
In other matches, Koustav Kumar Dhar scored a brilliant 143 along with Rabi Rajak (97) as Aurora Athletic Association posted 522/8. Muzammil Raja Rahman and Akhilesh Yadav bagged three wickets each for Cricket Club of Dhakuria.
Krish Dutta (118) helped National Athletic Club post 350/9. Bhupinder Singh bagged 5 for 113. In reply, George Telegraph were 13 for no loss at stumps.
