Gaurav hits 125 as Aryan Club win in CAB First Division Two-Day meet

Gaurav Jathar scored a fine match-winning 125 along with Avijit Mondal (97) as Aryan Club defeated Shambazar Club by 6 wickets on Day 2 in the CAB First Division League Group B & C Two-Day match on Tuesday.
Sohibur Rahaman (81) helped Shambazar Club post 316/9. Gonoranjan Kapat and Akshay Sain bagged three wickets each. In reply, Aryan Club chased it down scoring 320/4.
In other matches, Sandeep Mittal scored a brilliant 182 off 172 balls while Lokesh (5-85) and Amit Kr Pandey (4-44) were impressive with the ball as Shibpur Institute beat Dalhousie A.C by 281 runs. Shibpur Institute posted 476/8 at stumps on Day 1. Krishnendu Goswami was the pick of the bowlers with 2 for 55. In reply, Dalhousie A.C were bowled out for 212.
Arun Chaprana (147, 3-62), Abhishek Banerjee (103) and Saksham Sharma (4-59) helped Kidderpore Sporting Club post 424/9 against Belgachia United Club. Mohd Asif Mansoori bagged 3 for 75. In reply, Belgachia United Club were bundled out for 226.
Vishal Kr Roy bagged 6 for 103 while Parmit Singh scored a fine 95 as Rajasthan Club defeated Calcutta Port Trust by 5 wickets. Deepak Kr Mahato (111) helped Calcutta Port Trust post 269/9. In reply, Rajasthan Club chased it down scoring 270/5.
Yudhajit Kumar Das (63), Vivek Kumar Singh (3-54) and Harsh Dev Gautam (51) helped Kumartuli Institute beat Dakshin Kolkata Sansad by 68 runs. Kumartuli Institute posted 263/9. Sambit Nag bagged 5 for 58. In reply, Dakshin Kolkata Sansad were bundled out for 195.
