Parvej bags 6 as Kidderpore Sporting Club win in CAB First Division Two-Day meet

Parvej Alam (6-36) and Arun Chaprana (3-50) were superb with the ball as Kidderpore Sporting Club beat Shambazar Club by 6 wickets on Day 1 in the CAB First Division League Group B & C Two-Day match on Tuesday. Batting first, Shambazar Club were bundled out for 117. In reply, Kidderpore Sporting Club chased it down, scoring 118/4.
In other matches, B Arun (96 not out) and Snehashish Saha (77) not out) helped Belgachia United Club post 306/8 at stumps. For Kumartuli Institute, Priyanshu Patel bagged 3 for 84.
Rajarshi Mitra (5-48) helped Aryan Club bundle out Rajasthan Club for 193. Abhijit Biswas scored a fine 61. In reply, Aryan Club were 60/3 at stumps.
Saikat Das (4-92) and Raju Halder (4-106) helped E.Rly.Sporting Association bowled out Calcutta Port Trust for 260. In reply, E.Rly.Sporting Association were 24/1 at stumps.
