Bengal Sr Women go down to Punjab in One-Day meet

Bengal Senior Women’s team went down to Punjab by 6 wickets in the One-Day Trophy in New Delhi on Sunday.
Batting first after the match was reduced to 20 overs, Bengal managed to post 116/6 in 20 overs. Deepti Sharma top-scored with unbeaten 42 runs.
In reply, Punjab chased it down, scoring 119/4 in 19.2 overs. Ridhima Aggarwal scored 50.
Mita Paul (2-26), Saika Ishaque (1-16), Deepti (1-23) were the pick of the bowlers for Bengal.
