Devendra slams 140 for Netaji Subhas Institute in CAB First Division Two-Day meet

Devendra Singh scored a fine 140 along with Anup Samaddar (97) as Netaji Subhas Institute posted 360 against Wari on Day 1 in the CAB First Division League Group B & C Two-Day match on Saturday. Tushar Mondal was the pick of bowlers bagging 3 for 45.
In other matches, Anish Prasad (7-78) was brilliant with the ball as Police AC bundled out Sporting Union for 144. In reply, Police AC were 84/6 at stumps. Akhilesh Yadav and Vipin Chandra bagged three wickets each.
Anshuman Pandey smashed a superb unbeaten 122 along with Yuvraj Gupta (90) as Bhukailash Sporting Club posted 414/9 against Calcutta Police Club. Norman Manzoor bagged 5 for 126.
Bhoirob De Sarkar (121) and Saikat Sadhukhan (88) helped Ballygunge United Club post 435/9 against Indian Boys Athletic Club. Deepak Pandey and Biplab Roy Chowdhury bagged three wickets each.
Arjun Bhardwaj (111) and Divesh Singh (108) helped United Club post 380/8 against Ananda Bazar Patrika Sports Club. Jitender Shaw bagged three wickets.
Rajwinder Singh and Vivek Singh bagged four wickets each as YMCA (Coll Br) bundled out Tollygunge Agragami for 192. In reply, YMCA (Coll Br) were 54/1 at stumps.
