North 24-PGS Champs face Siliguri Bikash
in final of CAB Inter District T20 meet

North 24-Parganas Champs will take on Siliguri Bikash in the final of the CAB Inter District T20 league-cum-knockout tournament after both the teams registered easy victories in their respective semifinal matches on Monday.
In the first semifinal, North 24-Parganas Champs defeated South 24-PGS Tiger by 86 runs.
Batting first, North 24-PGS posted 145/5 in 20 overs, thanks to Sandipan Das (84 not out). In reply, South 24-PGS were bundled out for just 59 in 15.5 overs. Akhilesh Yadav (3-9), Rahul Basfore (2-2) and Vineet Maurya (2-5) were superb with the ball.
In the second semifinal, Siliguri Bikash defeated Nadia Super Dazzler by 14 runs.
Batting first, Siliguri posted 179/9 in 20 overs. Sayan Ghosh bagged four wickets. In reply, Nadia fell short, managing only 165/9 in 20 overs. Sonu Kumar Singh (4-33) was superb with the ball.
