Bengal bowl out MP for 61, wins match by 193 runs in Vijay Hazare Trophy

Riding on a stupendous bowling effort, Bengal bounced back in style to thrash Madhya Pradesh by a massive 193 runs in their Vijay Hazare Trophy Group E clash in Mumbai on Wednesday.
After going down to Tamil Nadu in their previous match, the Laxmi Ratan Shukla-coached side looked in sublime touch and put up a dominant all-round show.
After posting a challenging total of 254/8 in 50 overs, Bengal bundled out Madhya Pradesh for just 61 in 20.4 overs, thanks to some outstanding bowling performances.
For Bengal, Abhimanyu Easwaran (73), Abishek Porel (34) and Anushtup Majumdar (33) impressed with the bat.
While Shahbaz Ahmed (4-7), Akash Deep (3-8), Ishan Porel (2-16) and Karan Lal (1-5) were superb with the ball for Bengal.
After three wins from four games, Bengal next take on Goa in their fifth match on Sunday.
