Bengal vs Jharkhand semi-finals postponed to Kotla due to fire

The second semi-final of Vijay Hazare Trophy between Bengal and Jharkhand this season, scheduled to be held at Airforce Complex Ground in Palam today, has been postponed to Feroz Shah Kotla stadium tomorrow, following a fire that engulfed the hotel where the Jharkhand team was staying in New Delhi.
Among the players stayed in the hotel also included India wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni when the fire broke out. However, the entire team was evacuated safely, excepting the team kits that was gutted in the fire, necessitating the postponement of the match.
Following the mishap, the final which was scheduled to be held on Sunday, has now been postponed by a day and will be held on March 20.
