Teams confident for Mustaq Ali
28th January 2017
Teams looking confident before the start of Syed Mustaq Ali Trophy tomorrow at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata.
The first half will host match between, Assam and Jharkhand.
Assam captain K. B Aorun Kartik said, “We are confident with our team. The opposition is strong. But we have specialist batsmen who have the experience of playing T20 matches. For teams batting first, anything around 175 and above will be a fighting total.
On the other hand, the afternoon session will host the match between, Orissa and Tripura.
“We have qualified for the knockout stages after 15 years. Tomorrow's match will be very important for us. But we have a good team that is capable of beating any opposition. I hope we will perform well tomorrow,” said Orissa skipper Biplab Samantaray.
