Kuila get sponsorship check

Bengal player Amit Kuila today received a check of Rs. 35,000 from TMT bar here at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata. The check was handed over to him by Bengal President Sourav Ganguly.
Following a good performance in the Ranji Trophy this season, Amit was handed over the check. This was an initiative taken by Sourav Ganguly to financially support good players from Bengal, who comes from a humble background.
“This is the best moment of my life so far and I want to thank Dada (Sourav) for this. It means a lot to me. I will try to be more consistent now, and focus more on the game. I have to prove his decision was right,” said Kuila.
CAB President Sourav Ganguly said, “I think this will help the players financially and allow to focus more in the game. We have decided to support more players financially from Bengal who are playing good cricket.”
